Shit Talk Friday will be next week, I need some time to get some good shit, expect it every other week

Injuries are often the greatest conrtributor to a sleeper canidate. Brandon Jones this week is an obvious sleeper with Bennett out is a great example. Jones was a sleeper anyway, but his move to the number one is an upgrade. But you need to understand that sleepers are for weeks when you have injuries or bye's, if you have a starter that has been up and down but still is a focus of his offense, I'd most often go with him over some trendy sleeper pick. Again, it depends on your situation and the status of the player in question. Here are some picks for who will and won't perform this week;

Studs;

QB
  • D. McNabb to bounce back here, 3 maybe even 4 TD's in a must win pass fest in Philly. There's a couple more studs in this one as well.
  • Favre is a stud, always has been fantasy wisel he's good for big yards and 2TD
  • Brunell will get 2 and 300
  • McCown is in stud status; with two nearly 400 yard games and two top recievers, he's not a reach here against the Titans
  • Peyton will have a strong day, 2tds and 250
  • Palmer and Ben will both perform, although this is Palmers biggest game of his young career

    Hockey's back if anyone noticed

RB
  • I like Willis to drop a gem on Oakland, multiple TDs for sure
  • Edge continues his role as the #3 RB in fantasy
  • LT: 150 total and TD minimum
  • TJones gives you no reason to sit him, yet
  • Lamont is a stud now, play him, Moss out is his key to go nuts
  • Steven Jackson has been very solid, and slept on pub wise
  • Dunn is a nice play
  • Shaun and Priest are good bets for you
  • I like Dom Davis to get high receptions and a TD on the ground
  • C Mart gets his in ATL on monday night, 120 and a TD
  • B West gets mid teens in fantasy points no matter what here

WR/TE
  • TO is gonna smoke em, 2TDs
  • Rod Smith is a stud with his matchup vs the Giants
  • Chad Marvin and Santanta all flirt with a buck and a TD
  • Some how both Zona wideouts do it again
  • Holt is always Holt, I cant go against a star like him
  • Play Driver, Favre said he'll be looking for him
  • I like Moulds as an actual stud, glad to see him back, Losman was obviously the issue
  • Gates is a force every week, plus who would sit him anyway?
  • Witten is back on track, he's had very solid totals since his slow start.
  • How is Tony G not a stud at all yet, him and Randy are good plays, remember its at 7pm on friday
  • I like Shockey for a TD again
  • LJ Smith should get some targets after the bye
  • Cooley is a stud all of a sudden, if you catch a lot as a TE, you can be useful right away, he's also the only bi position player I've ever seen
Sleepers;

  • Watch Oakland's Gabriel get a long TD and play well
  • Tatum is a sleeper untill he starts on his own team
  • Griffith in Atlanta takes the Duckett touches
  • Bettis will have multiple endzone looks
  • Troupe is a good play vs Zona, especially with Bennett out, watch for Kinney to get high receptions again as well
  • Courtney Anderson is a great bye week/injury play for you.
  • Franks and Wiggins could perform well, watch for Franks' injury status, he's generally a stone cold beeotch
  • Lelie is a long play master again, watch him burn the Giants more than once
  • Gaffney in Houston will be the target of many Carr panicks against that soft zone Indy loves
  • Ahman Green should roll, he is still a great talent, just has been used so heavily you wonder how much longer he can take it
  • Amani "its not a" Toomer will get a TD in a solid outing
  • Jamie Martin will get some nice yards and 2 TDs, but may throw 2 ints and cost them the game
  • Play Travis Taylor, Burleson is gonna play, but that could actually help Taylor
  • Mewelde Moore will reach the endzone, for the first time ever
  • Portis is a flake, but will get in the endzone, if not, literally start looking else were
  • A. Smith and Stecker both remain sleepers since you can't tell what the NO offense will do, start Smith if you must, he averaged nearly 7 yards a touch last week
  • Brandon Jones and Calico both get some waiver looks, we'll see, McNair could also look to his three TE and his back to handle the game
  • Plummer gets a great day going against such a week secondary in New York
  • Frerrotte gets 2TDs on KC
  • Play Brooks too, play anyone against the Rams
  • On that note, Stallworth and Devery Henderson are nice sleeper plays

Busts; this is actually the toughest thing to call, what shitheads will keep it up;

  • Culpepper; will still have a nice day with 2TDs, but will have multiple interceptions, he's more of a real life bust in this game; an acceptable fantasy play, but he's a bust and will be one untill he starts showing that he can dominate again, he was the second QB drafted in most leagues
  • I dont like E.Manning this week, just a feeling that he will be forced to come back and will toss some intros
  • Kerry Collins is already lackluster, against a top rated secondary he'll defer to Lamont, who could save kerry with some receieving TDs
  • Horn and Johnson, neither looks to play here, both were top 7-8 wr's taken in the drafts this year, Horn will be ok, but not for a minute, Johnson needs his offense to wake up first
  • Kevin Curtis may dissapoint those who are relying on him
  • Burress will have a tough matchup with Champ on him
  • Not sold on Jamal Lewis at all, he's a stinker so far, he should be getting TDs atleast
  • Willie Parker, Marcell Shipp and Kevin Jones, yup, KJ is in this sentencea, are all starters who are not to be played, KJ is injured so sit him even if he suits up
